Salem Hill
“Be”
In October 2003, Salem Hill released their seventh album, “Be.” Like “Catatonia” and “The Robbery of Murder”, this album is conceptual. Easily the most collaborative work the band has assembled, “Be” finds Salem Hill at the peak of their form. “This is easily the best album we’ve ever done,” Carl Groves states without hesitation. Indeed, from the reviews already received, his opinion is joined by most critics. Sam Karnick of National Review Online named “Be” Album of the Year.
New! Carl Groves recently revealed something *brand new* about the nature of “Be!” He wrote this of the album’s protagonist: “He just wants God to regard him. Sadly, he realizes--too late he thinks--that it isn’t all about him, but it’s all about Him.”
This album deals with mature themes and we advise reviewing the material before playing for young children. There is one instance of mild profanity.
